				Sensidyne, LP a Florida limited partnership and member of the Schauenburg Group has reached an agreement effective on April 28th to acquire the assets of Sensidyne, Inc., a leading manufacturer of industrial health and safety instrumentation. New CFO and Managing Director with Schauenburg International Group: Mr. Joachim Simon Jannatec, Newtrax and Simsmart join forces to provide an optimized real-time ventilation-on-demand solution for underground mines. The international Bionic Award 2008 is endowed by the Schauenburg Stiftung with 10.000 € and will be awarded from VDI and DBU. In 2008 the international Bionic Award will be presented for the first time. Schauenburg Maschinen- und Anlagen-Bau GmbH (MAB) is one of Germany`s Top-Innovators among medium-sized businesses – that is the result of this year’s German “TOP 100” competition.
