B & D PROCESS EQUIPMENT B. V. with facilities in Rotterdam and Mülheim an der Ruhr designs, manufactures and supplies equipment and installations for the processing of sand and gravel, rubble, harbour sludges, contaminated soil or for waste water treatment of processing sugar beets, vegetables or flower bulbs. Our well proven competence is finding individual solutions for customer problems with the help of our comprehensively equipped laboratory and research facility with stationary and mobile testing plants.

The focal point of our activities is the construction of modern fully automated processing plants, with which sands can be mixed to specification. We call it “recipe sand”-technology. This technology allows the efficient use of sand deposits without being subject to fluctuations in the quality of raw material.

Our patented “Inline Blending” process is successfully in operation throughout Europe. The process makes it possible to produce numerous sand products by mixing various fractions.
